MY PSALM OF THANKS

Thank you Lord for
listening to our requests
to see a rainbow
after the rain.

Thank you Lord for
sending more rain
to turn us in the
right direction.

Thank you Lord for
stopping the rain when
we saw this huge bow
on other side of the cottage.

Thank you Lord for
display in the sky of
of an orange, red, yellow,
green, blue and purple bow.

Thank you Lord for
stretching the bow from
one large hill to another.
showing the beauty of your promise.

Thank you Lord for
the walk in Your woods
and berry bushes, for
raspberry and blue berry snacks.

Thank you Lord for
diamond dew drops
shown on tree branches
found in our walk through the woods.

Thank you Lord for
the misty sunshine we gazed
at through the tall tree branches
which lit our praises to You.

Thank You Lord for
a shelter to rest in,
with mossy green carpet
built with weathered logs.

Thank you Lord for
steep hills to climb,
tall wet grass and bushes
to walk through.

Thank you Lord for
letting us walk on water.
Tennis shoes squishy
from wet ground and weeds.

Thank you Lord for
laughter as we enjoyed
our God given adventure
with You as creator of all.
