MISSION STATEMENT TO THE CARE CENTER
To whom it may concern at __________(Name of Care Center)_____________
I, (Your Title and Name Here), belong to a network of Care Center ministry organizations through the Nursing Home Ministry Website Group. We come from various Christian denominations. We seek help and wisdom from each other. We share concerns about input into our ministry that comes from people within the hearing of our ministry. We do care what people want to hear, but we stick to Biblical guidelines in showing our concern to others.
We, as ministers of the Word of God, all belong to various Christian denomination. We do not seek to lift any church above another. We seek to lift up Jesus, the Savior of mankind, to those who are interested in keeping in touch with the message of His love and fellowship. We seek to bring the Love of Christ to those who need hope and comfort for facing an unknown future.
It is Jesus Christ, Risen Savior we talk and sing about. We sing general Christian songs that edify the Lord and bring us closer to Jesus through the message in those songs. We do not emphasize church doctrine or church teachings.
Therefore: we have agreed that,
As Nursing Home/Care Center ministers, we do NON-DENOMINATIONAL services. With the cross section of society that we minister to, it's the only way to meet as many church backgrounds represented within all care facilities.
Bringing God's SON shine, so people will not be in spiritual darkness.
