We believe that the MISSION of Minot First Church of the Nazarene is to EXALT God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit through PRAYER, WORSHIP and in PUBLIC WITNESS, so that it is a REDEMPTIVE FORCE to bring souls to Jesus Christ, and believers into the experience of heart cleansing. We accept that the GREAT COMMISSION has personal implications for every Christian disciple. We seek to conduct the work of our local church so that it results in "PREPARING God's people (in prayer) for works of service, so that the BODY of CHRIST may be BUILT UP until we reach UNITY in the faith and in the KNOWLEDGE of the SON of GOD and become MATURE, attaining to the whole MEASURE of the FULLNESS of CHRIST." Ephesians 4:12-13 (emphasis added) We intend to be a DEPLOYMENT CENTER from which our people go into their world living out the LIFE of CHRIST as persons FORGIVEN and FORGIVING -- LOVED and LOVING -- CARED FOR and CARING.
